Training Wheels!

Riley and Corey put training wheels on his scoot bike last weekend and Riley has been stoked every since! The bike goes with him to school and the helmet is often on during preschool as well. Riley is so cautious on slides and many other things in life, but NOT on the bike. He's a little daredevil and he's had my chasing ofter him on numerous occasions (in work clothes and shoes nonetheless) while laughing hysterically.

This ride ended in a pretty good crash after taking a turn too sharply in front of our house. I let out a couple explicatives and expected the screams to come at any moment, but all I heard was "I'm okay, Momma. I had my helmet!" It's a good thing, too, because there was a dent on the helmet which would have been on the head. I have a feeling my nerves won't last too long and Daddy will be handling lots of the bike rides!

If you look closely, you can see the tongue sticking out to the side

Rolling over rough terrain

His face looks so much like Corey's while on a bike that it's scary!

Working hard

Checking things out

Taking a much-needed break
